Vehicle Maintenance
Our primary objective is to ensure the safe and continuous delivery of our services.
Our preventative maintenance system is undertaken in cycles in accordance with equipment supplier guidelines or our experience. Vehicles generally consist of three different levels of maintenance and each of them is allocated a group of operations to be carried out; the most basic of which are those corresponding to Level A and increasing in complexity and importance in a series of steps to Level C. Each one of the subsequent levels includes the previous level added to those of the level itself.
- A : 4 - 6 weeks
- B : Every 12 weeks
- C : Every 6 months
We deem completion of Level C as the major service; these are carried out throughout the life of the vehicle.
All this information is supervised and checked by the control system so that the workshop has an overall view of the type of work to be carried out, as well as previous work or even future work.
Any vehicle fault or breakdown is reported immediately and if the vehicle can be repaired quickly then it will be repaired on site or at the depot workshop.
